My first encounter with Pan
Lost in thaught I walk this thin path in the forest. The sun shines the last light in the way before the darkness falls. It's a walk I do each day with my two dogs. But suddenly my attention moved on a stone that lies at the way.
I pick up that stone and examine it. It's form is long and at the downside is a recess, almost looking like a gate. This gate fascinates me and I think, it could be a gate between dimensions. In which dimension will it lead me so?
I feel the thaught, of throwing the stone up into the air. But the dogs walk in front of me, so I better don't do that. So I throw the stone up in my thaughts.
In that moment the light, that until than brightened the way, changed.
It's an airy shadow. At first, I see big, gorgeous wings in front of me, they are lucent and the sun is shining through them. From the middle of the wings glare golden points of light, and suddenly everything around me seems to be made of golden dust. I can see the light getting softer and shining like pure gold. A very beautiful creature caught the stone, I threw up in my thaughts.
I asked 'who are you'? He answered, "I am Pan, God of the nature, and I send my greetings to you". Now I recognize that those wings were a lucent cape moving in the wind. Almost as soft as the wings of a butterfly.
I was favourably impressed by this creature, with his curly hair, that came close to elvish creatures, but also made me feel the great power and force.
Pan told me, that I could reach him whenever I want, because the first connection is already established now and that's enough.
I watched him full of amazement and thanked him. At the same time the whole scenario disappeared from my eyes.
After that I recalled that Pan doesn't have horns or club foot as we knew him from books and illustrations.
But maybe that was a new Pan for the new earth? It might be, soft and gentle and full of power.
